After KK's and Mrs. Jaime's house today Isabelle and I decided to hit up the mall. We had the truck for the whole day so the las thing that we wanted to do was stay cooped up in the house all day. We decided to trade in Isabelle's nap for a day of shopping, our favorite past time!
Isabelle was born to shop, and I have to say that I have trained her well. When you ask her where Daddy is she says, "makin the money". You then ask her what do you and Mommy do, "spend the money".. That's my girl! She also love to "swipe it" as she calls it, that means she wants to swipe Mommy's card in the credit card machine. That is cute and all but, today topped it all. We were doing our shopping when we came upon The Children's Place, as soon as we walked in the store she jumped out of the stroller and said "I shop clothes". She heads straight for some shorts on a table, picks them up and hold them to her waist and says, "ewww Mommy, pretty". I told her to put them down, next thing you know she is pulling down her pants and is trying on the shorts!! In the middle of the store. I told her to put them down that we did not need shorts, her reply, "I need shoes" and off she heads for the shoes. We were going into the store just to look and ended up getting her two pairs of sunglasses and a dress. I am a push over.
One of the things that I love about Stonebriar Mall is that they have a carousel, this carousel is always used as my #1 bribe to behave while at the mall. So today Isabelle got to ride and the whole time she was going round and round she was yelling, "Hi People" and waving, it was adorable to I had to catch it on camera. Of course as soon as I break out the camera she starts saying cheese, but I was able to redirect her to "hi people".
