Monday- First Day on the Beach

Isabelle was so happy to finally be on the beach, she absolutely loves the sand! Before we actually hit the sand we had to go buy some sand toys, but once we had them we were good to go. Dave and I absolutely hate the sand but it is Isabelle's favorite place to be. Dave took one for the team and played with Isabelle in the sand. She made a short trip down to the water but was a little scarred of it. She would run up to the water and as the waves would crash on the sand she would run as fast as she could.

This first trip to the beach started Isabelle's social beach adventure. Every single day Isabelle walks around the beach looking for "friends" to play with. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to tell her not to wonder off, to make sure we know where she is. She is such a social butterfly. Here are a few pictures from the first day, but be aware they are taken with the point and shoot so they are not that great. Sorry =(


This was as close as we could get to burring her, she did not want us to fill in the hole.
